Christian Bale movies in order

In 1987, Christian Bale appeared in the role of Jum-Jum in the children’s fantasy movie, Mio in the Land of Faraway. The same year, the young actor took on the part of Jim in the Steven Spielberg-directed film, Empire of the Sun.

From here, Bale continued to appear in movies, building up an impressive body of work which included the Disney musical Newsies, the classic drama Little Women, and the horror-thriller American Psycho. He also played the role of Batman in three Christopher Nolan-directed pictures, including Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, and The Dark Knight Rises.
