Ahead of the release of the new comic book movie, The Batman, Warner Bros. Pictures and DC Entertainment have dropped two new posters for the forthcoming movie. The posters were released to coincide with the recent DC FanDome 2021 event – the same event where we learnt an interesting titbit about Robert Pattinson’s Batman audition – and feature two key characters: Batman and the Riddler.
The first poster is a rain-soaked image featuring the Dark Knight himself, Batman. It is set against a blood-red backdrop and shows actor Robert Pattinson in silhouette.
The second poster utilises a similar red/black colour scheme, only with a focus on black. This poster showcases an image of the Riddler, as played by Paul Dano.
What do we think? Pretty cool, right?

The Batman is directed by Matt Reeves, and stars Robert Pattinson, Zoë Kravitz, Paul Dano, Jeffrey Wright, John Turturro, Colin Farrell, Peter Sarsgaard, and Andy Serkis. The movie hits cinema screens in 2022.
